Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HR services provided by Insource, a Canadian company operated by 9499-6626 qc. Inc., headquartered at 1010 de la Gauchetière, Montreal, Qc. H3B 2N2, Canada, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services
We provide HR services, including recruitment, employee training, payroll management, compliance consulting, and HR analytics. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a signed service agreement or onboarding documentation.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and timely information, such as employee data, payroll details, or compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in discriminatory, illegal, or unethical HR practices.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly on the 1st and are due within 5 business days. Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card). Unpaid invoices after 10 days may incur a 1.5% late fee per 15-day period and may result in service suspension.

4. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for services already delivered. Refunds may be considered at our discretion for:
  • Uninitiated services within 5 business days of payment.
  • Overpayments or billing errors.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@insource.support within 7 business days.

5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for services provided up to the termination date remain payable.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, or resources created by us (e.g., training modules, HR templates) remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the prior 3 months.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
